How do I create my account?
To create your customer account and be able to shop online, click on "login" in the top right corner of the site. Then fill in your e-mail address in the dedicated box and follow the instructions.
You can also register by association with your Facebook, Google or Paypal account.
How do I change my account?
To change your account information, log in to your account. You will be able to modify your information in "personal information".
I forgot my password, how do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, enter the email address you used to log in to your account, then click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. You will receive a message allowing you to reset your password. Remember to check your junk mailbox in case you don't receive it.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
To receive our news and be informed of our exclusive offers, please fill in your e-mail address in the Newsletter section at the bottom of the home page of the site.

What do you do with my personal and nominative information?
In accordance with the General Regulations on Data Protection of June 20, 2018, the information you send us to process your order is only used in the context of our business relationship. Under no circumstances can this information be shared with third parties or resold and you have the right to access and correct your personal data. 
Concerning your banking information (credit cards), this information is only used in the context of your payment with our secure payment partner Ingenico. We do not store any banking information about you.
How to create a wishlist ?
You can create a list of your favorite items from the product sheets by clicking on the heart. You will need to have previously created your account on our online store. You will find your Wishlist in your personal space and will be able to add the items to your shopping cart.
You can also move the products in your cart to your Wishlist.

This does not mean that the products on the list are reserved.

Share your Wishlist with your friends by selecting items from the list and clicking on "share" to let them know what you want.

2. ORDER

How to place an order on the Bensimon online store?
To place an order on the Bensimon store, you just have to browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse the site by searching by type of items or by universe. Then choose the items you wish to buy by clicking on "Add to basket". 
Then access your basket and click on "Validate my order".
How long does it take to process my order?
Once your order is finalized, an e-mail is sent to you to confirm that it has been processed. It will be shipped within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and unless otherwise specified at the time of validation of your basket). If it was placed on a Friday, it will be shipped within 48 hours from the following Monday. 
You are kept informed by email of the preparation and shipment of your package. You can also follow the status of your order from your customer account.
I have not received confirmation of my order, what can I do?
Check your junk mail or "spam" box. If after 48 hours, you have not received an e-mail confirmation of your order, please contact us at 09 74 48 92 53 or by e-mail at the following address: e-shop@bensimon.com.
How do I know the status of my order delivery?
When your order is shipped, you will receive by email a link allowing you to track your package.
How can I cancel or change my order?
It is not possible to modify or cancel an already confirmed order. However, you can return it after its receipt if you are not satisfied with it.
What do I do if my order has been returned to sender?
If your order is returned to us, it will be refunded within 14 days of receipt by our headquarters.

3. PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payments: Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Payments are fully secured by our partner Ingenico.
Is it possible to pay by check?
In order to ensure optimal security of your payment, our partner Ingenico allows you to pay by credit card, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Paypal. It is not possible to pay by check.
How is the payment secured?
Payment on the Bensimon online store is operated and secured by Ingenico, world leader in integrated payment solutions.
 
How do I use my promotion code?
Take advantage of your promotion code by entering it when you validate your basket.
The codes are not cumulative: if you have several codes, only one of them can be used during your order.
My promotion code doesn't work, what can I do?
Remember to check the validity date of your code. Also make sure to respect the case and enter your code without any space. Empty your computer's cache if necessary.

4. DELIVERY

What are the modes and rates of delivery in metropolitan France?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following week), excepted for pre-order items.

Which countries do you deliver to? And what are the prices?

Customs taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery. These taxes are charged to the customer.
How much time do I have to collect my package at the post office? In collection point ? In store (Click & Collect) ?
Once your order has arrived at the post office or at the collection point, you have 10 days to pick it up. 
If you have chosen a Click & Collect, you have 15 days to pick up your order.
What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you have chosen home delivery but are not at home when the carrier arrives, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice will indicate the time and day of the visit and the post office where you can pick up the package.
You will then have to go to the post office indicated with the delivery slip left by the letter carrier and an identity document to pick it up. You then have a period of 14 days, after which the package will be returned to us and your order will be automatically refunded.

 
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you still haven't received your package after 6 days and no delivery notice has been left, remember to check the status of your package on the Colissimo, TNT or Relais colis website, depending on the delivery method you have chosen. 5. RETURN AND REFUND

How do I return a product and how much time do I have?
You have 30 days to return your order to us by mail; items cannot be returned to the store. 
Your item(s) must be in its original packaging, with the label, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. As exchanges are not possible, your item will be refunded and you will then have to place a new order for the desired product. Return is free from France (excluding furniture).

To make a return from metropolitan France :

Log in to your customer account, find your order and click on "Return request". Complete and download the return form. Once completed, print it to attach it to your package.

To get your prepaid return label, click on "print return label". It will be sent to you by email. Print it and stick it on your package.
Drop off your package at a post office, and keep the proof of deposit of the package. In case of dispute or loss of the package, this proof of deposit will be proof for the reimbursement of your order.


To make a return from the French overseas territories or from abroad :

Log in to your customer account, find your order and click on "Return request". Complete and download the return form. Once completed, print it to attach it to your package.

Can I return my items to the Bensimon store?
It is not possible to return in Bensimon store your items ordered on our online store. In order to obtain a refund, it is necessary to request a return via your customer account and to return the item(s) by post.
By what means of payment are returned items refunded?
Your refund will be initiated directly on the credit card or Paypal account used to pay for the order, within 10 days from receipt of the returned package.

6. TECHNICAL ISSUES

I don't receive your e-mails, what can I do?
Check your junk mail or "spam" box. If after 48 hours, you have not received an e-mail (confirmation of your order, password reset, etc.), do not hesitate to contact us at 09 74 48 92 53 or by e-mail at the following address: e-shop@bensimon.com.
I can't make my payment, what should I do?
If your payment does not go through, check that your card numbers or expiration date are not incorrect. Check with your banking institution to make sure that they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, our customer service department does not have access to your bank details but remains at your disposal to guide you.
Which Internet browsers do I need to use to access the Bensimon site correctly?
I can't seem to place my order, what should I do ?
If you seem to stay on the same page and can't go through with your order, please first make sure that all the information of your profile is complete : your birth date and phone number must be added in your "personal information" section.

Once your profile is complete, refresh the page and wait a while before trying to place an order again.

7. BENSIMON SHOPS AND IN-STORE SHOPPING

Can I return my items to the Bensimon store?
It is not possible to return in Bensimon store your items ordered on our online store. In order to obtain a refund, you have to request a return via your customer account and return the item(s) to us.
I bought an item in a Bensimon store, how do I get an exchange?
You can request an exchange of your item purchased in a Bensimon boutique within 30 days from the date of purchase, in any Bensimon boutique (excluding outlets) in mainland France. You can also return the product and obtain in exchange a credit note of its purchase value valid in all Bensimon stores (excluding outlets) for 3 months. Take the item in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, in its complete packaging and with labels) as well as your receipt and go to a Bensimon boutique to obtain an exchange or a credit note.

It is not possible to make an exchange or return your purchase made in a physical store from our online store.
