You have 30 days to return your order to us by mail; items cannot be returned to the store.
Your item(s) must be in its original packaging, with the label, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. As exchanges are not possible, your item will be refunded and you will then have to place a new order for the desired product. Return is free from France (excluding furniture).
To make a return from metropolitan France :
Log in to your customer account, find your order and click on "Return request". Complete and download the return form. Once completed, print it to attach it to your package.
If you didn't sign up and placed your order with a "guest" account, click on "Login", put your email and click on "Password forgotten ?". You will receive an email to choose a password so you log in your account.
To get your prepaid return label, click on "print return label". Print it and stick it on your package.
Keep the parcel reference ("numéro d'expédition") and zip code (@A061) written on your label so you can track it on Mondial Relay's website. Drop the parcel at a Mondial Relay point.
It usually takes up 20 days for Mondial Relay to deliver a return parcel to our warehouse. Then it will be checked and logged in our system by our team within 10 days. You will be notified of your refund by email.
